Maivis: Refers to the universal Family CFO operating system operated by Mango Technologies Ltd., DIFC Commercial License CL5222, registered at GA-00-SZ-L1-RT-208, Gate Avenue South Zone, Dubai International Financial Centre. Authorised signatories: Maithili Sagar and Pradeep Sagar.
User: The individual registering for and using the Service.
Family/Household: The unit of associated Users sharing financial context and tracking under a single Family Wealth Score.

All data insights and Family Wealth Scores are generated for informational and structural organization purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for Maivis. The Service is currently supported for operations in the UAE, India, UK, and Canada. By using Maivis, you warrant that you are not subject to FATF restrictions or sanctions.
Registration requires strict authentication via FIDO2 passkeys or biometric anchoring. Opting into the WhatsApp daily briefing requires explicit, explicit double opt-in consent for all participating family members.
New households may receive a 60-day free access trial to the Sovereign/Pro tier ("Reverse Trial"). On Day 60, access will automatically downgrade to the Free tier unless a subscription payment is explicitly authorized. You will not be automatically charged without intentional checkout.
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the following rates: AED 79/mo (Pro) and AED 249/mo (Sovereign). Annual discounted plans are available.
The Maivis Vault utilizes local AES-256-GCM encryption. Maivis (Mango Technologies Ltd.) cannot access or decrypt your secure vault documents. You are solely responsible for maintaining your secure encryption passphrase. If lost, your encrypted vault data cannot be recovered.
You own all your aggregate data. You maintain the right to export all unstructured and structured data sets across the app, and the outright right to request complete cryptoshredding (deletion) of all your records at any time.

These terms and any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
